The secret Relationship between Food Habit and Healthy Life: Part 2: Right Time

This is the Part 2 where I try to explain what is the right time to take food. Taking right food, in the right time in a right way is the secret of achieving the healthy life. We always talk about eating, here I have talked about not eating, means fasting. Because fasting and resting are the best medicines in the life. Intermittent fasting is the best solution for weight loss, maintenance of healthy life, and avoiding aging/ neurodegenerative disease. Intermittent fasting is easy, flexible, free and risk free. You must follow it. In the Part 1 I have described what is the right food for us. We try to avoid bad fat (Soyabin oil, sunflower oil, etc), use good fat (nuts, eggs, butter, oliveoil, mustard oil, cocoonut oil, etc). Change our source of carbohydrate from rice, roti, bread, muri, buscit to vegetables and fruits. Avoid soft drinks, and sugar, fructose. Fructose is poison for us.If we keep ourselves fasting for a certain period, take good rest and sleep; our Autopahy process will be activated. It cleanses our body cells. It helps us to repair our cells, and thus help us to get rid of neurodegenerative diseases, like parkinson's disease, Alziemer's disease, multiple sclerois, stroke, Heart disease, Hypercholesterolemia, etc. If you want to share or download this video , please click on the link and do what you want.
